We're looking for a Stock Controller to control movement of stock from receipt to dispatch in SAP, ensuring accuracy at all times. This position will require the incumbent to work shift hours.

Long Description

Stock Management

  •      Ensure that daily cycle counts are done for Finished Goods and discrepancies corrected in real time
  •      Ensure that empty bins count is done daily to confirm bin accuracy in warehouse

  •      Ensure that stock from production interim bin is cleared daily.
  •      Follow up with QA for releases and run a blocked stock report daily and follow up for resolution
  •      Run Warehouse monitor report
  •      Preparation of monthly/quarterly/ wall to wall counts and investigation of discrepancies

Warehouse space utilization

  •     Run warehouse capacity report daily and share with relevant stake holders
  •     Printing of labels for unlabeled or damaged labels for and in the warehouse.
  •     Replacing damaged/worn out bin plates in the warehouse

 Administration of System Operations

  •   Regular verification of line stats in SAP
     

What will make you successful

  • At least 23 years relevant and successful operational experience in a materials handling role in the warehouse such as:
       
    •   Dispatch (Finished Goods)
    •       Raw and Packaging Store
  • Understanding of the overall supply chain (end to end process)
  • Understanding of warehouse process and procedures
  • Computer Literacy: Excel (intermediate), Outlook & SAP 
  • Working with an RF Scanner
  • Forklift License
  • Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) knowledge
