Our Cashier is responsible for settling internal dues and handling petty cash. Our cashier handles retail cash transactions
Job Responsibilities:
- Compute charges for merchandise or services and receive payments
- Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
- Greet customers entering establishments
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
- Resolve all customers complaints
- Answer customers' questions, and provide information on procedures or policies
- Recommend and provide advice on a wide variety of products and services
- Answer telephones to provide information
- Receive, examine, and tag articles to be altered, cleaned, stored, or repaired
- Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising housekeeping in term of cleanness, display and stock rotation
- Implement all merchandising as per the brand's visual merchandising guidelines
- Cleaning, prepare stock in hand, participate in inventories
