Role Description
- Outbound telephonic communications to enrol students
- Academy by providing customer service to students and prospective students.
- Keeping up with the business rules and generate leads.
- Achieving set targets and ensuring that students are enrolled

- Employ /call centre/ sales skills and academic and product knowledge to ensure successful enrolments.
- Employ sales skills, academic and product knowledge to ensure students are informed (processes and procedures, product and product benefits), motivated and assisted.
- Through call interaction, promote and reinforce academic submissions and the value of a good education
- Educate students on products and services and why it is important to continue with their education.
- Uphold the brand of IQ Academy by not misrepresenting information to students
- Updating student’s information on IT systems
- Guiding marketing by aligning the outcome of the call to the correct call result
- Have good writing and communication skills
- Answer all product related questions clearly, and professionally
- Working leads efficiently
- Ability to learn retain and absorb large amount of information
- Understanding and applying business rules where applicable
