We require Admin Assistants for our various Gauteng branches. A diverse role for the right calibre person.
Main Duties:
- Cashiering duties
- Typing of proforma invoices
- Emailing clients, receiving proof of payments, relaying information to clients via sales consultant, passing on client requests to the sales consultants
- Customer queries and complaints
- Answering the phones
- Thank you sms’s and emails

- Promotional emails
- Television licenses
- Receiving and distributing of faxes
- Daily reports: Daily report, cashiers age
- Filling
Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- Driver’s license
- Excellent communication and written skills/li>
- Good telephone manner
- Able to deal with customer queries and complaints
- Proactive and shows initiative

Our retail outlets working hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday; 08:00am – 5.30pm
Saturday: 8.00am – 4.00pm
Alternate Sundays 8.30am – 4.00pm
Day off each week in lieu of weekend hours
