Job Description

To Supervise packaging production, planning, packing efficiencies, packing material functions:

  • ensuring lines reach targets daily and communicate any issues with assistant manager and packing manager
  • Production and Packing control( recon of packing material waste on log sheets)
  • SOP’s, hygiene and housekeeping Food safety lines utilization planned vs actual targets
  • Supervise staff
  • Sorting out queries within department such as short hours of staff
  • facilitating shift invocoms and train stackers to become operators
  • Staff discipline -ensuring any poor timekeeping and poor house keeping staff are held accountable

Qualification Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
