Highbury Media (Pty) Ltd is SA's largest independent magazine and digital publishing company responsible for some of the country's best-performing titles. We are currently looking for a Food Intern

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
-Food preparation
-Assist with planning and prepping food
-Assist for kitchen schedule
-Keeping up to date with food trends
-Content research and brainstorming
-Opportunity to style
-The ideal candidate will be curious, with enthusiasm for generating food-related ideas

Requirements:
-Culinary background or culinary school diploma would be a plus
-Organised and able to work on different tasks at one time
-Eager to learn and a self-motivated person
-Able to work in a high paced deadline driven environment on various platforms
