The main objective of the Customer Support Agent is to ensure that there are excellent service standards and maintenance of high customer satisfaction. The Customer Support Agent must be helpful, knowledgeable, and articulate when speaking to customers about the businesss product, services and providing technical support. The Customer Support Agent is responsible for acting as a liaison for customers and the business and assists with
complaints, errors, orders, cancellations, Technical support, and other queries.
Accountabilities and Performance Measures:
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email or social media
- Accurate ticket recording, fault finding and adhering to SLA.
- Ability to understand TT Connect network design and functionality.
- Accurate stock documentation and management.
- Excellent communication skills and Problem-solving skills.

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Minimum Grd 12 or National Senior Certificate.
- 12 months of experience working in an inbound/outbound call center.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Experience with ticket logging systems.
- 12 months of experience with fiber network/technical support.
- Knowledge of fiber converters and broadband routers essential.
- Valid South African drivers license (minimum 3 years)
- CompTIA A+, N+ or Cisco CCNA will be advantageous but not essential.
