Instacom the leading Push to Talk and Workforce Management company in South Africa is looking for a young technical customer agent to assist with remote technical support to clients in our Customer Care Centre in Centurion, Gauteng.
Basic duties include:
- Customer service (over the phone support)
- Ticket and email handling
- Setup of Android and iPhone devices
- Help set up and install new hardware & software
- An honest, hard-working, self-disciplined, motivated, and energetic individual will be top priority.

Minimum skills and competencies:
- Matric Qualification- IT qualifications (advantageous)
- Great communication skills
- Must be able to build a relationship with clients
- Mid-Level technical knowledge
- Good admin skills
- Afrikaans fluent read/write
- English fluent read/write
- Must be able to work with difficult customers
- Excellent customer service
- Own transport
