Role Profile
- To enhance the Syngenta brand through exceptional Customer Service
- Ensure that responses to the customer enquiries are timely and accurate. You should seek to solve customer problems by listening carefully to their request, understanding their needs, and providing specific product information and crop solutions to suit their situation.
- To ensure orders are processed, priced and dispatched in a timely manner.
Dimensions
- Customer Service Assistant -Handling of documents to and from the warehouse.
- Spot Checks to ensure orders are correctly picked and dispatched
- Answering of incoming calls.
- Filling of paperwork related to orders, invoicing, delivery notes and good receipt notes.
- Support the handling of customer service queries

Qualifications
Knowledge, experience & capabilities
- National Senior Certificate – NQF level 4
- Higher Certificate in Supply Chain/Logistics or Customer Service
- Customer Service experience
- SAP
- Invoicing
- Customer Service query handling
- General customer service support and Excel capable
- Knowledge of Warehousing and Logistics

- The successful candidate will work at the Syngenta warehouse located in City Deep, Johannesburg
