Duties:

  • Adhering to food safety rules and regulations
  • Adhering to and implementing standard operating procedures
  • Performing cleaning routine according to standard operating procedures in kitchen, changing room, comfort facilities, waste room
  • Cleaning and sanitising administrative offices
  • Maintaining rotation of clean and dirty PPE for employees
  • Completing necessary paperwork: hygiene checklists, cleaning checklists and waste removal checklists
  • Maintaining health, quality, food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:

  • Matric qualification
  • Health and safety training and experience – at least 1 year
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment
  • Well-organised individual
  • Must be willing to work shifts
