Duties:
- Adhering to food safety rules and regulations
- Adhering to and implementing standard operating procedures
- Performing cleaning routine according to standard operating procedures in kitchen, changing room, comfort facilities, waste room
- Cleaning and sanitising administrative offices
- Maintaining rotation of clean and dirty PPE for employees
- Completing necessary paperwork: hygiene checklists, cleaning checklists and waste removal checklists
- Maintaining health, quality, food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:
- Matric qualification
- Health and safety training and experience – at least 1 year
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment
- Well-organised individual
- Must be willing to work shifts
