Job Description:
This is an operational role within the Human Resources structure, responsible for the maintenance of Human Resources practices and systems within an Operational Area to achieve work outputs. This may occur within the areas of manning (M4S), employee relations, development, and information management or general Human Resources projects.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Effective systems management of all Human Resources processes/ functions
- Effective application of necessary administration system
- Support the Human Resources Management team to achieve goals and objectives
- Supervising Team of HR Assistant Operations
- Reporting to HR Coordinator Operations
Your experience should include:
- At least three years experience as an HR Generalist, preferably from a mining environment.
- Previous experience working on SAP HR and Intermediate Excel knowledge.
Qualifications:
You will need:
- NQF 5 Higher Certificate/Diploma in Human Resource Management/Employee Relations.
- NQF 6 Advanced Certificate/National Diploma will be advantageous.
