Job description

CUM Books is looking for a shining example of a professional and high-performance-driven sales assistant, who will be responsible for maintaining the shop floor and interacting with customers in a friendly and energetic manner. 

The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profit margin goals.

Expectations

  • Candidates must be willing to work retail Hours
  • Bilingual: English and Afrikaans
  • Friendly and diligent
  • Must have at least two years' retail experience

 

Requirements

  • Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office package
  • Customer service excellence
  • Exceptional communication and assertiveness skills
  • High level of professionalism
  • Interpersonal skills
