JOB DESCRIPTION:

To assist, coordinate and help conduct examinations at the campus. To in assisting the delivery of examinations administration according to examinations Quality standards & Exam board specifications.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

• The exams controller will be accountable to the group academic manager, and through him/her to head examinations, for the successful delivery of specific examinations administration and activities.
• Assisting the Head of exams to co-ordinate all group assessments related functions from centralized office.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

1. Coordination of Group Assessments

2. Exam Administration

Requirements

1. Matric is essential with a relevant Degree / Higher Diploma.

2. A minimum of 1 year’s working experience within an Academic environment

3. Typing speed of 25 wpm

4. Computer literacy is essential especially in MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel.
