Rand Water is currently looking for Human Resources Administrators to provide an effective and efficient administrative support service to the HR Operations department in the functional areas of staffing, performance management, succession planning and talent management
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Post matric qualification in Human Resources Management field is essential 2-4 years general office admin experience preferably in an HR environment
- Computer Literacy Ms Office Suite
- Good statistical grasp

Primary Duties
Ensure the provision of effective administration function within the HR Operations department Typing and posting of advertisements for internal and external distribution Liaising with agencies and advertising agencies Printing cv’s and drawing up of shortlist template Responds to advertising queries Prepare induction packs Liaison with newspapers for advertising and payments Scheduling interviews with candidates in line with panel members calender's Amendments of contracts and related letters for temp and permanent staff Maintaining vacancy schedules Management and distribution of documentation, accurate and suitable filing of all related documentation Keeping exact records of where documents are kept
Ensuring documents are ready for distribution and copies made in time for meetings Dealing with customers in person and telephonically Remind team with deadlines General office duties Co-ordinate meetings and / or interviews as and when required Photocopying as and when required Follow up on queries and ensure information is easily accessible Co- ordinate stationary requirements Co-ordinate projects as and when required Facilitates access to data while respecting confidentiality of information Limit and control access to personal information Handling queries with diplomacy Provide friendly, professional, helpful, accurate and efficient service to customers Maintaining confidentiality Raising and processing requisitions for payments
